We’re excited to have you join us! To make your experience as smooth and relaxing as possible, we’ve created this guide to walk you through the steps to prepare for your session and find your way to our sanctuary

By completing your profile and forms ahead of time, you’ll save time on the day of your appointment and help us provide personalized care tailored to your needs.

You’ll find step-by-step instructions below, and for a visual walkthrough, check out our Quick Arrival Video (linked at the end). Let’s get started!

• Look out for an email invitation to set up your Jane profile, our online scheduling system.

• Click below to complete your intake forms:

• Once your profile is created, you’ll be prompted to fill out your intake and consent forms.

• Save time and help us prepare: Please complete these forms at least 24 hours before your appointment.

• Off-street parking is available, as well as parking in the gated lot (open from 9 AM to 6 PM).

• Park in any space not marked “reserved.”

• Look for access codes to the [parking-gate] via SMS text message, which will be sent to your phone 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment.

Gate Access

• If you’re arriving after 6 PM on weekdays or any time on weekends, when the gate is closed and the concierge is unavailable, you’ll receive a text message with access codes at least 10 minutes before your session.

• These codes will be sent via the Latch app to your phone for each door and gate you’ll need to access.

Returning Guests

• Returning guests are welcome to use the [Side-Entrance-by-Railing] with your access code.

• Follow the wall to the right of the main entrance. You’ll see a railing leading to the first door before the corner. This door is referred to as [Side-Entrance-by-Railing] in the text code instructions.

. Once Inside the Building

• Stairs: The stairs are located on the right as you enter. They lead to the [floor 2, door 3], the 3rd code in your message.

  • Continue straight ahead, finding through the the 2nd Floor Lobby.

  • Feel free to use the restrooms on the far wall.

• Elevator: Continue straight ahead through the [lobby-to-hallways] latch-accessed door to find the elevator on the right through a set of tall doors.

  • No access code is required to access the 2nd floor.

  • Once out of the elevator you’ve arrived at the 2nd Floor Lobby.

• Enter through the main door on the left.

• Check in at the concierge desk, where a notification is sent to the provider.

• When staff is available, they will buzz you into the 1st-floor lobby.

• Feel free to unwind in our comfortable lobby while you wait—we’ll meet you shortly!

• Help yourself to a coffee or tea from the dispenser downstairs, and feel free to use one of the Artthaus mugs provided.

• If you’re upstairs, enjoy filtered cold water—glasses are available for your convenience.

• Restrooms are conveniently located in the far corner of the space.

To make your session as comfortable and effective as possible, here are a few tips:

• Eat a Light Snack: Have a small meal or snack before your appointment to maintain steady energy levels.

• Avoid Extreme Fatigue: Try to rest before your visit—acupuncture is deeply relaxing and will help you feel refreshed for your journey home.

• Bring Medication Details: If you take any medications, bring a list that includes the names and dosages.

• Share Important Information: Please let us know if you are pregnant or have any specific health concerns.

• Dress Comfortably: Wear loose, comfortable clothing to allow easy access to acupuncture points and enhance relaxation.
